Legs and thighs in the crock pot is great. I cook em low and slow in chicken stock with a little soy and W sauce. Take them out pull the meat off add some bbq sauce and make pulled turkey or add mayonnaise and celery to make a turkey salad. Absolutely delicious!

Yeah I’m fortunate to have a very flexible work schedule and half the time I work midnights so I can hunt during the day lol
