    12v Car Fridge/Freezer?

Does anyone have one of these? I was on road trip last week and i parked next to an overlanding type rig and he had on wired in the rear of his pickup. Seemed pretty handy. Wonder about battery life and practicality

    They're SO CLOSE!!!

Even without that closed loop, that outboard with that lower would do what 99.7% of people with mudmotors need. People just do extra more stupid stuff because they can.

    They're SO CLOSE!!!

Most of the inboard boats run them internal to the hull, i think his prodrive boat does that as well. I believe he told me the engine was $20K, he bought the whole setup so i think $35K

    They're SO CLOSE!!!

I'm 43 (had to think about that), we've been running keel cooled inboards since before i could talk. I've had go devil, pro drive, and gatortail. out of the 3 traditional mud motors, i'd pick the gatortail, we own about 25 of them at our camp, and have weeded out the other two. My neighbor...

Arkansas Opener Video from Public Land

I’ll try to articulate this from the first person so that it possibly offends less people. I am the problem but I don’t want to recognize it. My son has been a menace to turkeys in multiple states for 1/2 a decade and he is 11. It’s my $$, my time , my knowledge that allows this. Yet I’m...

Bought my first airboat. Any tips?

The glass boats do handle a lot better than a hard chine alum boat. Lots of people have been injured by the props coming apart. With a boat out of commission that long, I'd want someone to inspect the prop, and also the connection to the engine.

    Dumbest Question ever

i haven't spent a bunch of time there, but if you look further down around fort myers i always find those canals fascinating. They are excavated out of solid sandstone and fossilized coral. No soft bottom there.

On The Topic of the Fourth Gen Tacoma....

Tod, if you compare apples to apples, ie put 33s on a new tundra and compare mpg to a 5.7, i think the difference is minor. you can get a locker in the new Tundras in certain trims. I wish we could just buy carbon credits to offset the 5.7 and get it in a new truck. I don't fly my private...

    NDR: Turkey Shells?

Carl, Tod is correct. The shells are night and day difference. I was likely one of the first people on this forum to start using them. I've been using for over a decade. However, i'm going back to lead. My wife broke a tooth that cost us over $5K for an implant, and i've since thrown away...
