Bow was starting to rot out and let water in.

Removing the foam out of the bow that had trapped water. Should be able to save the boat still. Will have to check the foam in the stern .

Found water in the hull and just wondering if this project is worth my time. I drilled holes in the hull to get the water out and dry out the hull.

Looking for advice on repairs , wood to use. One side of the boat where the top hull meets the bottom has rotting wood on the gunnel.

I have some of their canvasback decoys and they become soft after being in the water. Also the mallards seem to be the same way.

I just bought a tuffy teal and trailer. My issues are the outside edges are chipped and exposed. Also the bulkhead is not sealed. I was thinking of just taping the edges with fiberglass and then doing a single sheet of fiberglass to cover the bulkhead. What you guys think?
