    Trailer tires

Only way to check alignment on the trailer is to remove the boat. They are built in a jig and are pretty square. My axle was off [ used, too cheap to buy new ]. I took off tires, measured from tongue to each axle, also measure from tongue to each corner, tongue may be bent. While your the check...

    Cleaning Double Guns

WD 40 is a great product and has many uses. WD is made to dissipate water. If you submerge the gun in Salt water, spray it with WD heavily and drop off at the gunsmith, do not remove wood stocks. Sxs and o/u do not fair well in soaking rain or using as a paddle. Break open guns are like fine...

    Small spread make up.

Bob, match the hatch. Drive around and see what is hanging around where you will be gunning. We do not see many brant here, but if I gun further west I take 8-9 brant decoys.

    small spread mallards

Don, I also hunt with less decoys. I hunt small salt marsh and use 6-8 mallards and blacks. Some times 1-2 geese when they are handy. When I hunt big water with friends will take 10-12 brant also.

    Random Plywood Question

I would look into scarfing if it would be taking stress. If not, a back plate and 5200. Look at the West System on line, teriffic info. I helped a loacol bay man do it for a work garvey. Still going over 25 years.
