Welcome to WI for years Eric....We fought and fought the stupid DNR to change the opening time to 1/2 hr before sunrise on the opener....finally they agreed to change the time..........guess what..now it is 9 am....
best of luck either way.
if they are not feeding directly on the rice, they are still using the cover/loafing areas so if the birds are still in the areas, they are still on those lakes.
word of caution...please, please, please read the STUPID concealment laws that WI has enacted in the last few years. Dumb Asses in...
MDO (medium density overlay) the old outdoor sign boards...this was the standard and they lasted 30 years in the elements. Several guys on Wooden boat forum have built rather large boats from this with no ill effects. Menards sells it by the way. 50/sheet for 1/2" bit heavier than the cedar guys...

thanks.

Mark, I think that is about 5 years away...but coming.... I agree that would be a nice OPTION, or a back up. About 5 years ago, I lost my license and had to buy a replacement. What a joke. Just another way to make more money, I had the reciept and everything, but because I did not have the...
would agree with just about everything Steve said...one thought though is how long do you expect to use this boat and how will it be stored in the off season? Reason I ask it the use of wood for strength. It is a given that eventually the glass will crack and allow water or water vapor into and...
