I am with Jeff, A lot of Remington 1100's around and if you look at action sites you can get them for 350.00 to 450.00 all day long. Parts are everywhere if needed. scott

I was 13 in 1973,In Barrington N.H., shooting my dads Ithaca side by side NID 26 in 12 ga. , It was a hen woody I was on a beaver dam between 2 ponds 1st shot at a duck. I still shoot side by sides to this day for 95% of my hunting and shooting. scott

They made 3 in in all ga.'s, yes even 28 ga. if you wanted them just ask the shell company to make them, parker made guns for them. most of the time it was for better wadding not more shot. scott

Rick, I know you did shoot 10's, I meant that when I pattern different 10 ga guns, the Ithaca short 10 shoot the tightest patterns. good luck this fall!! , scott

Rick, I have 2 of the super 10's I shot crows with mine Sunday with 1 1/8 oz 6's and it was hitting them hard at 40 ys +. these guns shoot tight patterns and you will find that 1 1/4 oz to 1 3/8th oz loads of bismuth shoot just fine for ducks and geese. scott

I use the super 10 Ithaca and a parker EH they are both 2 7/8th in .shells

Mine was a SxS Ithaca NID 26 in. impcly, mod 12 ga. that my dad had, Shot my 1st woodduck in a beaver pond in 1973 ,killed lots of duck, phez and grouse with it. I still shoot SxS to this day on all my hunts, Parkers and Ithaca's.from 20 ga. to short 10 ga. scott
