I had one blow off a TDB and land in the water 25 yards away, luckily was able to grab it in time. They can sail quite a way!

Bob, I never would have dreamed it was legal to shoot where they were. I also prefer to get away from it all when I hunt, not set up on the town beach feet from the parking lot. I am all for legal shooting but this is not the press waterfowlers need here. Dave

We hunt a TDB 17 with a 45 Honda, I wouldn't go any lower. Like Hank suggested, certainly would not go with a long shaft. D.Heritage

Anyone care to share their opinions or experience with the AA Blackjack? Looks pretty solid like a TDB and rated for a 25hp. This particular model is 1992. (not sure of changes since then) Thanks, D. Heritage
