2002 Evinrude 25 hp short shaft 3 cylinder rope start tiller steer 2 stroke. It's a beast, the 3 cylinder puts out great power. Pushed a 16 48 Tracker Grizzly loaded with gear dogs and hunters in the upper 20's.
