2007 Game Dinner

Well it started on Tuesday night. Shopping for the last items. Last night we hit the cutting boards and got down to the real work. A good time was had and old friends got to spend a few hours together.
This years menu includes goose on a stick, clams casino, bluefish pate, goose jerky, turkey tenders, smoked sausage of Elk, Moose and Deer. Main courses are Rabbit, Phesant, Turtle gumbo, Elk stew, Venison medalions, Sausage breads, and last but not least Raccoon. Man is that stuff something to prepare.

Saturdays Dinner Served over 100 guests and we raised a pile for my club in the raffle which included a very nice "goose in snow" print for the sponsor table and two sweet savage rifles for the main raffle. A 270 win Euro classic with a BSA 4x scope and a Sweet 17 thumbhole bolt action with a BSA 7 to 12x scope. 8 appetizers and 7 main courses, and all the beer you could drink for a $25 ticket. Will post some more pictures tomorrow.
