Well it started on Tuesday night. Shopping for the last items. Last night we hit the cutting boards and got down to the real work. A good time was had and old friends got to spend a few hours together.
This years menu includes goose on a stick, clams casino, bluefish pate, goose jerky, turkey tenders, smoked sausage of Elk, Moose and Deer. Main courses are Rabbit, Phesant, Turtle gumbo, Elk stew, Venison medalions, Sausage breads, and last but not least Raccoon. Man is that stuff something to prepare.
