This was on a friends sea duck boat that I inherited as a kicker. He broke the skeg at some time (not the most seaworthy individual), but there are no issues with the lower unit. I ended up giving the boat to another friend but kept the motor as she didn't want it.
Year is 2011, started right up last year. it's been cleared of fuel before putting away.
