Back by popular demand is the Central Illinois Float Fest. Once again duck/goose hunters and carvers will be convening pool side to float their newest carvings and share a hunting story or two.

Location McLean, Illinois on August 21st, 2016, from 3pm till dark. Bring a dish to share, BYOB. There will be a grill available if you are so inclined to cook.

Bring a decoy or two, a good story, a friend, girlfriend and or wife. Look forward to seeing ya'll.

If you need directions you can PM me and Ill send right out to you. McLean is located half way between Chicago and St. Louis right on I55.

I hope you will invite some of the fellow (older) carvers in the area I do not have numbers for. I look forward to another great day and am excited to see what everyone has carved this year. This year we just need to remember to take photos to post afterwards :)
 
Will do Dave. I always look forward to this as a greater primer before early teal season. It's also nice to see all the decoys everyone has been working on.
