We had our limit of 4 scoters each!!!! It was me and Paul Tychsen and the hunt was unreal, we drove 2hrs to get to the launch and the boat ride out in the ocean , setting up long lines in a swelled up seas and all over within 10 mins!! I turned on my go pro at the sight of first group of birds and it kept going until we were done. I extracted pictures out of the video to post here.

There was one drake Skunk head in there, we both were trying for him, he lived ,a drake black scoter was bagged

These two came together and split right and left to give us a perfect chance for a double and we did!!

The best performer was hands down Canvas, Paul's female lab, she made all 8 retrieves in one go without coming back in the boat and was ready for more, incredible energy she has, I was totally impressed!!

One of the shortest and most rewarding hunt I've ever been on.

Farrukh, duck hunts like that are amazing. Congratulations on your tremendous success. I thoroughly enjoyed the pictures.

[font=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica]Farrukh,

Thanks for sharing. Looks like they came fast and furious, nice shooting. I do have a couple questions concerning your camera if I may ask. Which model GoPro were you using? What were you using for a "mount"? (head strap, maybe?) Do you find the camera and mounting system you use to be a good choice?

Thanks McCann, they definitely came fast, I have a Go pro hero2,and I was using head strap , mounting it on head strap I think gives you a better perspective than camera on the gun, I have ordered a mount which goes on forearm, i'll try that and let you know how it goes. The only thing I not like is at times I can't tell if I turned the camera on or not, and have to physically take the strap off and look, or ask hunting buddy if the light is on. The hero3 has a remote on off so I assume its more convenient and covert , beside that the quality of picture is great.

It sounds like a great day! You may have been able to savor it a bit by drawing it out.

You could write a book called "how to get things done"

Scoters would be a chapter.

Great write up.

Keep going!
Thanks Todd, but actually when I think I figured it , they make me fall face first lol, I'll call it beginners luck!
