A few pics---

Great pics Al. Love the log pic and your thoughts when you saw the sign.

Looking forward to another Alaska story.

Ryan

Hey Ryan,
I hope you will give me some time on that last part. I'm working full time until the end of May. Then I will have some writing time.
Glad you liked the shots. I guess as a former teacher I am just that way. Heck, I probably could have made that mistake just as easily but what has me so worried is that the sign has been that way for over three weeks. Tells me a lot!

love the ducks on a log but those puppy pics are great

thanks for sharing

Thanks so much, Bob. Sure glad you liked that cinnamon log. As long as we have puppies I will do my best to try and capture them with the camera. (In the old days it was so easy to say, "Capture them on film.")

Al,
Love the shot of the Avocet! The pups sure are cute and getting big already. Thanks for posting.

Hi Rich,
Glad you liked that avocet. They are one beautiful shorebird. Thanks for the kind words.

Cayenne is really growing fast.

Agnus beef? Is that similar to the movie Fried Green Tomatoes and a special barbecue?

The cinnamon teal have not shown up here yet, we are still having snow flurries and yucky weather.. The cinnamon teal nest on the local irrigation ponds.

Nice American avocet.

Matt

Now Matt, I want to know how you knew that Bev and I just finished watching "Fried Green Tomatoes" a couple of nights ago? Great flick. Yes, it has to be the special barbecue!
Evidently the teal know that they need to wait it out down here until the cold weather passes.
Glad you liked that avocet.

Al, I will bet it took a long sneak to get any were near those birds. We really do not get them here in New Jersey, however I did harvest one sculling on the Delaware river back in 1976, have not seen one since.Your mixed bag picture was great to see. Looks like you had a fun day. Keep the pictures going.
