Any Blackjack owners?

Got an A.A. Blackjack. I have re-painted it and built a trolling motor mount and beefed up the transom. Put a bilge and lights on it. I just wanting some ideas that some owners might have done to theirs or any ideas I can do to mine. I also some 12v LED rope lights I am wanting to run up underneath the cockpit openening. Any ideas of how to mount these? Thanks for any ideas suggested.

Matt,
cable ties for the lights will work well. The linkhttp://www.mcmaster.com/#plastic-wire-ties/=50yal8 has ones with a screw hole molded in. If the boat is wood and built from plans just screw up into the frames to hang the light strings. The catalog page one or two away from the link has hangers that screw in and then a regular zip tie can be used. This allows you to open up the tie and re hang without taking the screws out.
If the boat is fiberglass, glue with epoxy small 2" squares of 3\4 ply wood under the deck where you want the screws and hangers to go. The wood blocks can be stuck with 5 min. epoxy for a job like that and give good service, but any paint must be scraped away where the glue will touch and the glass roughed up with 80 grit sand paper. Dont bother with the self stick tie holders, they will fall off in about a 6 month time if upside down holding something up.
Dont own a BlackJack, but have seen two nice ones at a local ramp a time or two.
