I am looking for a wood decoy pattern for a child's rubber ducky. Anyone have one they would be willing to share? Thanks

Tom~

Google Images for "Rubby Ducky drawing" has lots you could use.

I make small (~ 6 inch LOA) versions of my decoys for kids.

All the best,

I was given this pattern years ago. If it's for your own use I don't think the originator (whom I have lost tract of) would mind me sharing. I have made them for all my G-Kids and several other folks as well. They are not a floating model although they all make it into the tub with the little guys. :)

I've also made a few "real" ducks like a Can, Buffy and this Scaup. I've used wood and cork for the bodies.

No pattern for this one anymore but they sure were fun to do. I think I just started with a ruddy pattern and went for it.

Nice work guys, I like those versions Steve and Brandon. Brad, that is the pattern I was looking for...Sent you a PM. Thanks!!

Steve, That little BW Teal is exactly what I have been looking for. I have a couple of nice pieces of balsa that I thought I would try to turn into something useful and was thinking BW. I have been looking for a pattern I like and I now have a model. :) Thanks
