A while back you had asked for some pics of my new shop I been working on, is 25 x 25, here's the east wall work bench that I almost got done, I've still got to wire in the lights in the valence and put spot halagens under the cabinets. I built every single part of this thing, cabinets included. In the second pics you can see I also have to finsh the tail vice on the flip down part that covers the cubbies. Everything is off the floor to make it easier to sweep under and find those little pieces you always drop, lol! Thanks for asking to see it.

Thats a neat shop wait until Eric Patterson see's it. It going to be rough on him. I keep on getting interupted on mine, other projects.

I know that feeling, lol! I actually started on this project three months ago, with all the interuptions, it took this long.

Thanks guys, when I get some more time, maybe I'll post up some of the custom built tools carts and such. You sure get a sence of pride when putting your shop in order.

custom tool cart, that is one of the things I have to build. I already have the wheels. Working around the shop having a tool cart with most the commonly used tools on it and being able to move it to a project is a big time saver. It also gives you another work table or in a pinch a saw horse. I'll make mine the same height as the table saw.

Fine Woodworking had a nice book on workshops and some good ideas in it. That is where I saw a tool table that was movable that a wood worker had made. I sure he realized that running for every tool was a time waster.

Very nice work indeed. I'm dying for more space and 25x25 would be oh so sweet. Let's see some more pics.

I have seen this workshop before mind you. Bigger than some of the apartments I have lived at in college and beyond. Very nice ....
