Blessing of the fleet

Heavenly Father,
On behalf of the many hunters who take to the waters this season I would like to offer up this prayer. In your Word you have promised, (Isaiah 43:2) - "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you." Father, we ask your blessings on us as we seek to enjoy your creation and the fellowship of our friends and those who are to be friends. We ask Father that you help us remain men and women of integrity guarding over the sport we love by following the rules that help to secure our future. Also Father, I would like to ask that you help each of us to remember that time spent in your creation pales in comparison to the eternity that we will one day spend with you. I ask these things in Jesus' precious name. Amen!

This is one of the many things I love about this site. Openly praying to our Lord and Savior! We all can use his hand of protection over us this season!

Pastor Bill - I appreciate your prayers and blessings to open this season. Like you, I thank God He watches over us afield, in the marshes and on the broadwater. I look forward to great fellowship and a bountiful harvest this season with our crew. All Glory goes to our King!
