Bradley Bridge Boat

I just bought an old bradley bridge boat. I will be modifying it to use as a duck boat. I am in the process of cutting down the transom so I can mount an outboard on it. I know I need to buy the 2 sets of plates to give it the right degree of angle. I am wondering what the measurements are to cut out of the transom so the top end of the motor has clearance. I am also looking for info/pics on any transom modification so make it sturdier. I plan on running a 50-70 HP Outboard.

Thanks!!
