Gentlemen-
Question regarding the spray shield on a layout I built. I bought 20mil clear plastic vinyl in a 54" width. I slit it down to 18" widths and will splice it together to get proper length.
At the top of the spray shield, I must create a seam to thread the length of circular conduit through that will form the rigid top of the spray shield. I know that clear vinyl is typically welded, but I can't find a local company to weld the seam for me. I bought loctite stik'n seal original waterproof adhesive - which claims to be a permanent, waterproof, clear, flexible bond. I tested it on a small piece and I was able to pull the bond apart after proper set time.
My question - any thoughts on a clear flexible permanent adhesive to use to create the seam?
Thanks-
Paul
