CZ-USA Customer service

I have been trying to reach CZ-USA about some issues that I have with a 20g Bobwhite sxs shotgun that I recently bought. Their online warranty repair form is down and no one is answering either of their listed phone numbers. I have sent emails as well. I get a recording that "our office is now closed, please call back during our normal office hours 9-5 Central Standard Time." Several attempts by myself and my gun dealer to reach them over the last couple of days during their office hours have been unsuccessful. I really want to like this shotgun but so far, CZ-USA's customer service seems sketchy. Anyone else have any experience, good or bad, with these guys?

Friend of mine bought a 20 ga from them earlier this year, sent it back for trigger work . Said it was fast and easy...
I believe CZ was always pretty good on customer service, but things can change....
