Devlin book or DVD?

Has anyone tried Sam's DVD that has the book too? When I built my broadbill I borrowed a book. I'd like to know how they compare in content. Is one better than the other? I'm thinking of building a BB3 and would like to pick up a copy of one or the other.

I have the book and the tape (pre-DVD) I don't know if the current DVD is the same as the tape but at the time the book was better.

The book is good but I liked the DVD. Watching something being done and reading about it are two separate things. The DVD really compliments the book, and for the price is a good deal.
