do you recognize this decoy or its maker or region

Does anyone recognize who might have made this decoy or where it was made? It is a drake canvasback, solid wood, maybe cedar or pine. It appears to be in original paint, in good condition. My daughter gave it to me for Christmas. She got it at a household contents sale. That is her note to me on a piece of tape on the bottom of the decoy.
