just spent a most enjoyable thirty minutes getting caught up with Worth Matthewson and wanted to post an announcement regarding Worth's latests "venture".......Continental Double guns of the Waterfolwing type.....
Worth explained to me that the "average" English Waterfowler has switched from the traditional doulbe gun to auto's and there is now a supply of used doulbe guns suitable for waterfowling available at "reasonable" prices. These guns won't be the stunningly beautiful matched pairs that would set you back the price of a small home rather they will be guns that were "used" by Watefowlers and as such will be the less striking grades, will show the wear that you'd expect from guns that are actually shot, will be 3" in most case and will still have plenty of "use" in them.
Before anyone hollers "SPAM" lets just state that "yes" Worth will make a few bucks on any gun that he sells....works for me because if I decide to buy one he will have earned those few sheckles for his efforts in locating the gun, getting the paperwork figured out, moving it across the pond, inventorying it and then putting up with a bajillion questions about it before he is funded. I can't imagine anyone having an "issue" with that but some have in the past so lets just skip that this time.
Worth is less computer literate than even me and will be available to post some information about whats in inventory, to talk about whats available, and/or to annswer specific questions as soon as we get his password problem cleared up. Meanwhile I wanted to make sure that everyone knew about the opportunity that Worth's endeavor provides for Double Gun enthusiasts and that you can see the current inventory on the Sinkbox Supply website.
