East Coast Trip..pic heavy

It cooled down in between states, it even got a nice warm bath in the Best Western in Long Island (had to break loose the salt and the marsh mud).

Matt

That is a lot of firsts. Congratulations for the success of your well planned trip. Hey, now I can put a face with the name. If I run into you on local waters I'll be sure to say hello.

Did you go on a guide trip for the sea ducks? What size was that Bankes boat and who did you go with if you went with a guide

Congrats on a great trip Matt. I did something similar last year, not as long as yours though. Def. something you will never forget.

Everything was guided, way too expensive and dangerous to try and freelance seaducks on your own for the first time. Bankes boat was the 25' Titan. Hunted with Jeff Coats, Reilly McCue, and John Livoti.

That is a great trip, looks like you still have a couple to quest for too - that is a good thing!

I've got 7 species left to officially have all 32, but that does not include all the subspecies. Hopefully by the time I retire I will have most if not all of them that way I can relax in my trophy room and enjoy the memories I made while harvesting all the birds.

What is the 32 species list? I've always been curious. I don't have them all but wanted to get what hunters considered the slam or something for waterfowl?

Matt, way to take it on and make it happen. Not many have done what you did. Congrats on that fantastic trip and all the "firsts". I sure enjoyed these pictures.
