This is the first year I don't know of any youth hunters to take out. So i am throwing this out there and seeing what kind of feedback I get back. I have everything to supply a great duck hunt on eastern long island for a youth hunter and 1 parent. I have a 1 year old yellow lab that is dying for some work. Maybe you don't have a place to hunt unless you go with a guide or maybe your boat or blind isn't ready yet. Early season hunting is always tough depending on the weather but either way getting a youth hunter on the water is a great day for parent and child, Son or daughter that is. I hunt very safe and ethical so I would like to at least meet or talk to the parent and youth hunter prior to the hunt. There is no fee other than seeing a happy kid take a duck and spend a nice morning on the water. i am Located in Hampton bays. If you’re interested or know someone that is interested please have them pm me and maybe we can meet up prior to youth day to discuss the hunt. We will be hunting public salt marshes on eastern long island. Hunt is subject to weather conditions and local bird populations. Just looking to make a difference and get a youth hunter hooked on water fowling. If you are concerned about my references. I am a license captain who has been duck hunting eastern long island for 18 years, I am 33 years old and typically hunt 25 to 30 days per season, work kind of gets in the way.
