Maybe one day if I'm fortunate my shop will compare with that one. That is one very nice set-up. My acquisitions are at a standstill now. I need more space before I acquire anything else, like maybe the Eckstrom-Carlson edge sander in that link, I wish. I do need a bench grinder to sharpen gouges and will squeeze it in somewhere.

Hey, do you know about http://www.customcalls.com/ ? The reason I ask is it turns out the guy who runs it, Greg Hodges, and I have the same government customer and he is in the same building as me quite a bit. I just made the connection last week with him and he dropped by to say hello but I was on a conference call so I couldn't chat. It struck me as quite a coincidence that two duckhunting related websites were founded at about the same time and those founders live in the same city and work for the same person but never knew each other before.

Greg has a great site over there, good bunch of guys that will help us newbs out a lot. Here is a pic of my latest calls, and they actually sound like a duck!

Looking good. When baseball season ends in a few weeks I might have some time on Saturdays for such frivolous activities. Maybe we can get together then for a turning session.
