Fatboy

Chris, it is a 6.5 mudbuddy..... That motor is not the one that I reccommend though. Too darn heavy... Performance is good, but it is a pain to get around, especially in the muck. Good way to throw your back out!

No I got a pair of Marsh Rat after we discussed boats and hunted them all the time. I sold them off and plan on getting something to throw a little motor on. So I am thinking fatboy, zack taylor wigeon, carstens canvasback, or....???I have a few months to figure out what i want but i do want to throw a mud motor on it for some of the flats i hunt. Seeing the picts of gary march's estuary sure makes me get a hard on for a bbsb.

swing by and you can borrow one, or the other, to try...might help you decide which one you want to end up with....

a beer and he can try one of your REAL Barnegats...I wonder what one could get with a bottle of tequila...

Ummmm, we'll stick with beer. I don't do nothing with another dude that involves a worm! I googled the miles boat, I can't find one. i've never seen one before, u got me curious now. I'll keep lookin.

wooden Barnegats made by Bud Miles in N.J.....I'll see if I can't get a photo of mine up so you can see it....

And for the record....mescal has a worm in it....Tequila does not....and good tequila is as much better than the average stuff as micro brews are to Budweiser.....

ITs about time you showed up, hope all is well buddy! You'll love Steves BBSB...

I need to get your number again, take care

Zach

thanks i will look him up right now and it would be great to see a pic of your boat.
And thanks for the clarification, guess we are safe to drinking together then.

everything is good, hope the same for you. My season is about over, maybe one or two more hunts this week. Headin down to Louisiana coming up for a couple months before the baby is due. Saw your sneak boat pictures, pretty sweet...got anymore? can't wait to get out in the tide again next year, this year was pretty hot on bird numbers, but it was all sloughs and fields, I miss the salts.

Steve, hope all is well out there!

Chris, I like the 6. Saves you about 30 awkward pounds and still has enough power for our little boats.

Best to you both!

I'll track down and load some other pictures tomorrow....

Ira, all the snow is gone, FINALLY...the problem now is too much water......everything good at the house its just the hunting areas that the water has messed with......I'll call you next week to get caught up....
