Thanks for your help, I know its seems lame but I really had a hard time with the posting ,I think it had to do with Safari instead of OS7 , anyway I see your point on the boats being alike, I had the adjustment period with the motor and the transom, trial and error until I got it dialed in, then I glassed the new system in, relocated the fuel tank up under the bow, fuel line under the floor and did the closed foam army mat floor system, I really enjoy working on this and its perfect for my dog and myself, the 25HP 2 stroke Mercury does a nice job of getting us up and on plane and seems fast enough for us.
