Fixing small leaks

Had a good Momarsh fatboy that I've used the last year. It's taken quite a beating, no boat trailer only in and out of the back of a pickup bed. Plus it's been stacked with 2 other boats in the same bed so it's sure taken a beating. The last Brant hunt I noticed it was taking on more water so I found some time today.

I filled it up with water and found quite a few small drops, one real bad one which is probably the source of the problems and I've search but didn't find much but was just wondering what would be the best thing to use to patch or seal the drips. Fiberglass epoxy or something like a roll on thick paint?

Adam,

I have the same problem that was found while catching smallmouth this summer with my son. My plan, once time allows, is to slop the 2 part epoxy all ofer that hole. Then maybe paint over it.

Yeah I've searched a few places I know, didnt phone anyone since it was the stat holiday. I'm out in the fraser valley but anywhere here to Vancouver I wouldnt mind going to pick it up.

Check with Wolfe Marine, They are near Shelter Island.

604-270-7770 Ask for Jack or John.

They should be able to help you or steer you in the right direction.

All else fails we have 3- 14.5 ounce kits here in Ucluelet.
