Looking for info on a NJ carver by the name of Frank Flicker. I have an opportunity to purchase a woodduck block and a swimming brant and would appreciate any information on Mr Flicker.
Have tried several internet searches without success.

My buddy Larry Knows him very well, Him and his sons hunted the same spot as me and my buddy for over 25 years......When Larry first met him in the early 90's he gave him a signed Bufflehead drake from his decoy rig. Vey nice guy...Not sure if he carves much anymore
