Glen-L Duck Boat Too

Any Duck Boat Too owners out there that can validate the weight of the square stern version. Glen-L website says 98 lbs. Planning for four 20 lb sheets of plywood plus fiberglass, it sounds close but on the low side. The boat specs page lists it at about 200 lbs. What's the ground truth?

I built one in 1980's and used 1/4" plywood and fiberglass. First boat I ever built so not the greatest workmanship, but it was "heavy". Never weighed it, but it was all 2 guys could do to lift it. Not sure if that helps, but I wouldn't think of it as light by any means. Better craftsmanship and better fiberglass maybe like used on strip canoes and you can bring the weight down. Nice little boat, and mine was a tank, and very stable.

I looked at plans years ago and a boat like that would be really hard to build at 100 pounds. Most people it would be 150-200 pounds if I had to quess.
