Hail Damage Advise

I have a BBIII which was outside and under a boat cover, when two 'waves' of hail storms (one golf ball size covering the ground; the second golf ball and baseball sizes mixed) hit East TN. Almost all of the roofs in our area will have to be replaced ...some with holes just down the street, and my car looks like a golf ball ...real bad dents. Looked at the boat and saw no visible signs of damage (no dents or dings in the motor cover either), but would appreciate some expert advise as to what I should be looking for. In advance, thanks for help...

Harold,
sorry to hear about the area and the damage.
I would look for stress cracking in the corner areas where the fillets of epoxy are. These are the strong points that hold it all together. Check the under side of the panels where you can.
But it sounds like you made out.
Ply wood is a very good material and it takes a real beating.
Just dont let real small cracks in the paint\epoxy let water in.

Thanks Bob. We were very blessed in the midst of this, particularly as I look at what our friends to the south in Southern TN and Alabama are dealing with.
