Just looking in to say Merry Christmas, Happy New Year to all!
Ever since I became a hermit, I keep forgetting what day it is but I see here by the notches I cut on the edge of the table that it is holiday time again.
Retirement has been fun...had a great summer chasing walleye on Saginaw Bay and sloggin' around in the mud up there this fall.
Just spent the last two days with a 5 and 7 year old learning about Lego toys. All is well in that department. Yes... they are both smarter than Grandpa.
(I got in trouble with their mother when I asked them at the dinner table what they would rather do in my backyard..."Look for spent brass or look for more deer poop". Obvious answer)
I'd stop by more often but I drink too much and forget my password a lot.
