Happy Thanksgiving to the DHBP family!!
I am grateful for all the friends I have made here over the years. Even though most of us have never met in person, the camaraderie here makes it feel like family. Thank you!

Pecan pie is done, turkey just came out of the brine. I found a 7# one at Publix, perfect for the three of us.

I love Thanksgiving, but it cracks me up that the one day of the year we will be guaranteed not to have game is the holiday that celebrates it (and I wouldn't have it any other way). I will put some antelope sausage in the stuffing, but that it it, well that and the gravy will be made with canned wild turkey stock.
