Has anyone sent a barrel to Mike Orlen?

I've got a Sweet Sixteen and a Ithaca 500 O/U barrel I'd like to have opened up and a Mag 20 barrel I'd like to have threaded for choke tubes. It looks like that is about all Mike does anymore. The reviews I've read are good, but I was hoping someone here had dealt with him personally.

I recently sent him a set of O/U barrels for thin-wall choke installation. His prices are very reasonable and the turn-around time was very short. The work appears well done, and my son killed a bunch of pheasants with the gun on our recent SD trip!

Don,t know anything about Mikes work but i have used Briley with good results both chokes and installation.

Yes, I've had Mike lengthen the forcing cones and open chokes on a Lefever Nitro Special. Quality work and cheap. I swear he received the barrels, did the work, and had them shipped back all in the same day.
