Got it off the lathe and wanted to get you a couple of pics. the log was not hard enuf in my opnion for a
good tone board insert so i used it for the body. The spalting on the insert ont he top end and one side is awesome.
Myrtle is fun to work with its a bland color but the spalting and knots of the log gave it some color. WOrk to be done
on it yet. but here a couple of BAD photos i got to get to work

The top of the insert is real nice with the spalting will get you more pics when its done. still have sanding to do and some detail stuff oh yeah and a reed lol.
