Are those the High school ball fields off Range rd. ? If they are they looked excellent from way up here. Our schools just dropped a bundle on new ones but we've got a lot of fine tuning before they are ready.

Space cameras, who'd of ever thunk it?

Robin really dug her bou bone halibut, thanks again. It may have put me 1meter closer to my duck boat goal (PS can't remember just how much a meter is but it sounds international when you say it)

You betcha. Baseball isn't really big up here at all, but someone must have found a grant from Canada because we have all kinds of nice diamonds. We have a batting cage at our school as well as a nice ball field, but no one ever uses it. Soccer is about the biggest I'd say. That, and getting high and jumping off the bridge downtown.

See if you can find my house. I'm on Walnut Cres in Porter Creek. I have a huge collection of dig turds in my back yard.

Who's the neighbor with the pool?

Does that double as a hockey rink?

I noticed a number of vacant lots down on the SW side of town. Is your population growing or shrinking there?

That's Art's place, he runs a recyling depot.

You mean on the road to the ski hill? Those lots are just opening up - $60,000 and up. No water, you build your own driveway and pay for a service line for electricity if you want to be on the grid.

We actually ran out of new town lots a couple of years ago. The city guys just didn't have a plan. They wanted to bulldoze the greenbelt between my street and the college but the people in Porter Creek talked them out of it. So thety decided to open up some lots out by the ski hill. It's nice out there.

Hey Brian, your fish decoy was a big hit when I got home here. Mac filled up the laundry tub and played with it for a long time. I want to make one and try it. Fire me any links you know of with beginner info. I might make one out of antler and see how it sinks.

You going to make it up for Caribou hunting in August Dave? It'll be a fun trip.

Mike, what a world eh. I can look down on your neighborhood just like flying over it in my old man's Tail dragger from the other end of the continent. I like your hood but the is an awful lot of sasquatchy looking spots in your back yard.

Pretty darn cool anyway you shake it.

I can't figure out what is the ski hill on google maps.

But they look like the only vacant lots around, so I think we're on the same page.

I don't think this August will work, but a visit up there is on my short list of things to do for sure.

Mike,
check out fishdecoy.com I think they have a bunch of links from there. They even had some North West Coast Native stuff and Bone and Ivory was listed in there as well.

Bon Chance,
