I think that was originally found Ken Keasy's bus "Further". It then made the rounds at the Acid Tests and finally toured with the Grateful Dead for a number of years. It was rediscovered by an auto mechanic in Kansas when the VW microbus that the Dead Heads were using broke down. The Dead Heads had no money and the mechanic was not interested in trading for any of their brownies or mushroom snadwiches so he took the "pipe" in lieu of payment.
