I got new hunting grounds today.

An opportunity arised today by suprise and it's a dandy. I was sitting on the couch watching the tube when my cell rang. It was my friend who works for a guy that has a wildlife haven in my area. It has till this date been off limits to hunting for everyone. A group of geese started frequenting his 39 acre pond. They always start out being nice to look at. Now they are crapping all over the place and the 10 turned to about 80. Today the geese got up off the pond and circled over my friend and his boss. Bombs away! They got pooped on, now I got a new place to hunt for free. Who'd ever thought.

Yeah, there flying rats around the golf courses. I worked at a golf course in iowa and the geese there were a paing. Crap all over. One year the DNR moved the geese, but usually they settle in and begin breeding and molting. We tried to harass them as much as we could before they nested just to get them to move on.
