Inexpensive camo options?

Hey all,
I have a 20' Alumaweld super vee that I need some ideas on how to camo it up without paint and/or drilling holes in it. I do have 3 rod holder sliders on each side. I was thinking PVC through the rod holders and then a makeshift framework to support camo netting. This is as far as I've gotten. I need some ideas on quickly assembling on the water as I don't want to chance trailering at most 65mph on the freeway.

Thanks. That's kind of the idea I had but connecting and keeping everything in place had me stumped.
