Wow, looks like a fantastic opener! What all was in the mixed bag?

Woodies, Mallards, teal...1 blue wing...The boys picked this spot 2 wks ago and been watching it since...They did their homework...Then they asked the old man to go and bring his dog...
 
It's hard for me to believe your pictures,since I live across the del river in delaware.I heve been scouting every 5 days and have not seen 1-duck as of today.can you please push some over into the del line for our season opens this friday thanks
 
I'm glad you found a good concentration of birds. Congrats to you and your group.

I've heard of a few other groups who had outstanding hunts on our opener yesterday, but very few. Many folks I know who have scouted & hunted throughout Gloucester, Salem & Cumberland counties have not seen many birds. Seems to many of us that the masses of fowl have not arrived ,yet the masses of duck commanders were out in full force. Hope they were unhappy, unhappy, unhappy and decide to try being buck commanders. ;^)
