Jim, I grabbed your Sea duck recipe off of here a month or so back when you so graciously shared it with us. Made it tonight, with an eider and a scoter, and it is hands down, the best waterfowl MEAL I have ever had! In a million years I wouldn't have believed it was scoter if I didn't make it myself. Thank You!!

If you guys don't try this recipe....you are missing out!!!
