LOL.May need a self launch glider, electric powered.A new electric powered kit built will be at Oshkosh this July.Flying a gas engine for an hour is about the same as shooting two rounds of Skeet, and that only takes a 1/2 hour,to burn up $23
I had plenty of flying time in both fixed wing and choppers during the guiding years on Santa Cruz Island. I figure that if I was meant to fly in my old age I'd have grown wings by now. But I do understand the attraction some have for flying.
As of today, I have 186 eggs in the incubators and the Jumbo Ringnecks have yet to arrive. One incubator arrived today and was filled right away. I have another incubator on order so I can get some more quail eggs.
I spent most the day up at the shop building a series of connected 4'x8' brooder pens that will stay inside the shop where the birds will be raised until they are old enough to go into the outside pens.
