Hey guys, just thought I'd post some photos of the boat I just finished. I'm about 1/2 way through another that our local DU chapter is going to raffle off, complete with motor, trailer, shotgun, life jackets and decoys!
Figured out a way to lock down the hatch with some eye bolts and threaded inserts on each corner....
Rear compartment is sectioned off with emergency foam on each side and houses the gas tank and a 1000gph bilge. I don't have the aluminum bracket over the transom in these pictures...
Front compartment is sectioned as well with emergency foam on each side and houses the battery along with a little dry storage that is vented underneath the deck to help eliminate moisture and also build up of hydrogen gas while the battery is charging...
Changed the way I do the switch box a little and believe I'll keep doing it like this...
Building them with the front of the cockpit shaped like the Hellcat as opposed to the "V" shape.
Just a couple of random shots...
She is marine ply throughout with a graphite coated bottom. Spray-in liner on the floors, full emergency floatation. 7 switched LED lights, 5 in the cockpit and one in each compartment alongwith 3 fused auxilary 12v outlets.
