I have a chance to buy a Lake Bonneville Big Brother layout boat. Anyone out there have any familiarity with them or any of the other models?

I have a Lake Bonneville Apparition sitting in my garage right now-I haven't hunted out of it yet but the guy that owns it really likes it, he says it's really stable and they are supposedly towable too. It's all glass and looks like it's pretty well built. It is heavy though! Do you happen to know how old the one you're looking at is? Tony who started the company sold it about 2 years ago and I don't know if the new owners changed anything about their construction or design. The old LB boats have a great reputation around here though!

They are great boats. I have had one for 3 seasons now any really like it. Rides the big waves good. The only down fall is they are a little heavier than some other brands. I have heard the customer service at lake boneville is also not good.

That's pretty funny, I was going to see if you wanted to buy my LB Layout (Big Brother). I only used it a couple times, but I like it. Just not many uses for it yet in Montana. Great layout! I might ship it to AK someday though if I don't sell it.
