Does any of you vermont duck hunters know when champlains season opens?

Proposal is: start on 10/12 run for 5 days, 12 day split, reopen 10/29 and run straight thru till 12/22 (Champlain zone)
(interior zone) start in 10/12 and run straight for 60 days, Most of Missisquoi NWR and surrounding areas is now in the interior zone this year.
Canada goose starts on 10/20 I believe.
Limits are the same as last year, and I believe the board will vote on the proposals tomorrow evening.
