There's a lot of suckers in Vegas. I don't know what kind of a line you have to use to pull one in,but I'd use the fancyest bait you can find. Bye the way there's no limit on the number you can catch.

As far as a licenses You have to call the state.( ; )

You can shoot jackrabbits all day long, and no license required. Thats about it for this time of year.
