Thinking of aquiring a Chuck Huff through MLB.......I had an AA Braodbill that I parted with this off season want to get something similar or ideally an all Fiberglass AA Broadbill

Is the Chuck Huff enough boat to ferry two men and a dog??? interested in any and all feedback

Thanks fellas!

Do a search there has been a lot of inquiry on that boat lately. Everyone seems very positive on it. I am sure there are a few in Jersey you could check out.

Hey david, where in jersey do you live i just got my huff in the spring and would be more than happy to show it to you im in elmer, salem county.... Brian

If your in south jersey come let me take you for a ride in a 14 like a posted. Two guys and a dog no prob!

IMHO, if you are actually hunting from the boat, no way I would do 2 guys and a dog. If it's just transportation to and from, no problem. I hunted mine with me and my AWS. He could sit under the dodger and I was able to almost lay down with the slant board.
Ran mine with a 15hp. Fast as you'd want. Bottom flexes some, has to so it doesn't crack. Runs very flat, large cockpit and best of all, you don't need a motor handle extension.
I sold mine only because I got out of duck hunting. Would not hesitate to buy another.

It will mainly ferry just me and the dog and 5-6 doz(brant puddlers divers) and a layout blind...But on the occasions my dad comes up....i need ot to handle all that plus another guy...short runs nothing more then 2-2.5 miles......i'll be running an 08 Short shaft 2 stroke 15 yammie The only hunting out of the boat will be "layout" style like I did in my AA broadbill.......Mostly I gun from my ground force or finisher on the sedge and anchor the box elsewhere.
