Lou: Can your fme#28 paint work on dacron sail material. I made a spray curtain from material left over from making a sail for my BBSB. I painted it with thined FME#28,the day that I painted it out side had a heavy rain storm that night,now some paint is coming off should I repaint it in a warm celler or is that not advisible. thanks Bill

I'm not sure on the Dacron. How did it absorb the paint when you first painted it? If it absorbed it well, go ahead do it again in the warmth. Once painted, you don't want it to cool off or get wet as it slows drying significantly.
Might try scrubbing the painted cloth first to get any loose stuff off it prior to a repaint. Be sure it's dry also.
