Lund floor replacement question

It's time to replace my floor again in my Lund. Not planning on over thinking this as it's basically a utility boat. I'm replacing with ac plywood that is sealed with a product from a local farm store. Has anyone used big box store truck bed liner? I don't expect it will last for years but hoping it will last as long as I need it to. It's that or the paint with sand in it for some grip. Budget minded suggestions are always appreciated.

As long as the wood is already sealed, just top it with foam interlocking floor mats.

If everything isn’t already bought, I’d give hard consideration to a sheet of 0.125 aluminum

Out of curiosity I did check a couple of sources. Aluminum would be nice but I should have done that before I retired.
